As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll play a vital role in resolving IT issues and providing fast, efficient support to employees across our stores and corporate head office. Working collaboratively with your team, you'll ensure our business runs smoothly during this busy season and beyond.
What the role involves:
- Delivering high-quality, responsive customer service to all IT users
- Problem-solving technical issues and escalating when necessary
- Managing cases, documenting updates, and ensuring follow-through
- Collaborating with your team to suggest improvements
- Providing support for relevant projects as required
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally in IT support
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
- Experience in a retail environment is a bonus, but not essential
- A relevant IT-related degree is advantageous
